Newsletters¶
Since February 2020, and every two-three months, the SDI Team in DIS2 has been sending internal newsletters (initially called SDI newsletter) with the list of the latest metadata and datasets registered and made available by colleagues in the EEA geospatial data catalogue, as well as new functionalities or tips for the system. The main objective is to facilitate that all data-interested EEA colleagues are aware of the latest geospatial data publications and acquisitions (including for internal EEA purposes), which could eventually be useful for their daily work and of their ETCs and contractors.
From October 2020 onwards the SDI newsletter's scope got extended, including data management related news of interest to colleagues across the EEA. The newsletter got rebranded into "Data Management Newsletter", with the collaboration of the whole DIS2 group.
