Check the new Agile Boards in CORDA wiki

Three Agile boards have been created for planned tasks, personal planned tasks and for the Helpdesk area. Check it in https://taskman.eionet.europa.eu/projects/corda/wiki

Planned Tasks Agile Board

Four work packages (categories) have been created in order to clasify all the planned tasks:
  • Operation
  • Content management
  • User Uptake
  • Project Management

Personal Agile Board

Board with all the personal planned tasks. This dashboard is useful to have full control of the status of my scheduled tasks.

Helpdesk Agile Board

The CORDA helpdesk will be responsible of the incidence management services with the purpose of maintaining the platform and content in satisfactory operating condition. The helpdesk main tasks are systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects. Maintenance, including tests, measurements, adjustments, and parts replacement, performed specifically to prevent faults from occurring.

Great that you find the agile boards useful. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Btw, you can set WIP limits on the boars column. I see you have 15 in progress right now...but i guess you don't have 15 developers...looks a bit high WIP.
As you may already know, reducing WIP is the most effective way to improve lead times and productivity. https://www.slideshare.net/mobile/jchyip/reduce-wip-and-deliver-often

I usuallu set WIP to the value = nr of Full Time Employee x 2. For example if there are 3 FTE in corda team, you could set it to 6 on the "in progress" column.
